Keni Nasoqeqe first picked up the ball on the temperate fields of Fiji and since coming to the U.S. has lent his considerable size and skill to those club and professional teams lucky enough to have him. Keni’s American club experience began with the Belmont Shore men’s side where he helped drive the scrum and delivered devastating runs that left defenders grasping at thin air. Keni is most comfortable in the back row but given his size and speed is one of the Legion’s more versatile players. With Belmont Shore, the 25-year old helped propel them to multiple Pacific Rugby Premiership victories in what is arguably one of the more competitive rugby leagues in the country. Keni will look to improve his considerable rugby skill set with the Legion and will be a force to be reckoned with in the 2019 season.
