Having been born in San Francisco, Conor Kearns moved at a young age to the Emerald Isle where his exposure and development as a first-rate footy player was ensured. Kearns grew up in Limerick and attended school at Glenstall Abbey before donning the Munster jersey with both their Under-19 and Under-20 teams. The 26-year old has made the most of his Irish-American heritage and was selected to the U.S. Under-20 and Collegiate All-Americans levels where he maintained composure under the high ball and delivered devastating counter attacks. Further university experience came in the form of the Trinity College rugby team in their all-Irish competition and later with Oxford where he pursued a Masters degree. Conor returns to the Legion in 2019 where he will add his rugby acumen to the back three and provide head coach Rob Hoadley another option on offense with a clinical kick to match.
